The Rotary Club of Marble Falls proudly presented a $1,000 grant to St. Frederick African American History Museum Chairman Bessie Jackson to support critical building improvements at its future location, 301 Avenue N, Marble Falls, TX. The funds, presented by Rotary Club President Russell Sander alongside Rotarians Lorinda Peters, Carol Barton, and Mike Hodge, will be used to enhance the building’s insulation and flooring.

St. Frederick African American History Museum, a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich heritage of Black Americans in the region. Through the exhibition of authentic artifacts and personal narratives, the museum aims to inspire passion, pride, and a deeper understanding of the ingenuity, traditions, and resilience of the Black American community. By offering engaging and educational experience, the museum seeks to foster inclusion and encourage the community to learn from the past to shape a more united future.
